FRANKLY DARLING in the Ribblesdale Stakes at 2:25 should win this race. John Gosden thinks a lot of this horse, and she bolted up on the all weather at Newcastle last time out and has been prepped to win this. Our other banker is BATTAASH in The King’s Stand Stakes at 3:35. This horse is a champion and you can forget the run inPrix de l’Abbaye last time out as the ground was atrocious and didn’t suit. His form prior to that was first class.
We have one other horse for you at a slightly bigger price and that is Aidan O’Brien’s CIRCUS MAXIMUS in the Queen Anne Stakes earlier in the day at 1:50. Odds of around 6/1 are available and I am going to advise Maimum each way bets on this one. I cannot see him being out of the frame today.
My advice is to also have a nice TRIXIE on the three selections and if CIRCUS MAXIMUS wins then your money is on the other 2 selections. If he fails then a Maxium win double is advised on the other two. I am expecting today to set me up for the week and boost my kitty significantly.
